Ma Ka Pa Anand shot for the film simultaneously alongside his commitments for Panjumittai, Atti and Deepavali Thuppakki. The film was predominantly shot in Pollachi and was completed by September 2015. Songs were also shot in Kutralam and Thenkasi.
